My brother only uses female deodorant too for the same reason. Beside if you do wear perfume you wouldn't want an aggressive male deodorant to take over the scent profile that you probably spent your hard earned dollars on.

100% loved this video :) I agree that society does capitalise on beauty and lack thereof. I think it is actually designed to do that when it comes to the so-called beauty industry - their business model is to make money off of people's insecurities - and to invent insecurities they can subsequently "fix", preferably with a product, or products, that require ongoing investment over one's lifetime. ie, the money train. So good to hear someone saying the things you're saying here, please do more :) with love from New Zealand.

Ok let's correct a few things: 1) Salicylic acid is not the smallest molecule, it's actually quite big in comparison to say glycolic acid and hence it stays more on the surface of the skin, the difference is that it is oil soluble so it can get into the pores easily and exfoliate within them; 2) Ascorbic acid derivatives absolutely do not have enough evidence to claim it will work as well as pure form, I get that you have to sell the product of your sponsor but let's not be dishonest about what they can do; 3) Hyaluronic acid does not "hold 1000x it's own weight in water", that's purely a marketing claim not based in reality, it also doesn't "pull" water from the environment or your skin, it's not a magnet and only binds to what it comes in direct contact with; 4) You can use exfoliants in the morning routine, sunscreen is needed regardless.

Skin overcompensating with oil is not a thing, just likw hair training is not a thing. It's all governed by your hormones, let's stop perpetuating old myths.

I have rosacea and also oily skin, however, with age my skin has become more dehydrated even if oily. Cos of my rosacea, more water escapes. I use gentle yet hydrating formulations. So you can have oily skin, yet dehydrated due to age ad rosacea. I went to dermatologist for almost 2 years which really helped me out. Great video. X

thank you for your videos Hyram! I just wanted to say though that I think saying the term specialist in your videos are vague and misleading. There's no regulation for the word specialist. I think it's more honest and ethical to say "Hyram reacts" "skincare lover reacts" etc.

I have a different opinion on stridex because stridex sensitive helped my skin sooooooo much, never broke out again after using them.

It contains salicylic acid. It turns my face super red too. It freaked out the lady doing my facial once. She used a cleanser that contained salicylic acid and I turned lobster red. It’s temporary. But yeah, it doesn’t look pretty for about 25 minutes.

I've been trying to use the Paulas choice 2% aha and bha for over two months now and it made me break out so bad and never made my skin better. I do have dry skin but i struggle with acne so i was hoping itd help me but it actually made it so much worse. Helpppp
